Use a gentle hand!

I liked this product once I figured out how to use it! It is very easy to get too much of the product on your skin while you are rolling it. It also takes an extremely gentle touch. The first time I used it, I was too firm and actually got bruising under my eye. Once I got it figured out, however, I really like the product. The roller balls feel very nice - very cooling as well. It is also good as it doesn't tug at your skin, like I tend to do when using my finger to apply under eye lotion. It is also excellent for travel b/c there is no tub to deal with. I rec'd this as a gift so I was more then happy to give it a shot knowing that I didn't invest anything more then some time into it. I didn't notice a difference while I was using it, however when I stopped using it, I did notice a slight difference.
