I love to wear make up and experiment with colors, and bare escentuals has the best, most lightweight products on the market. Great Value and Product
I've used this for several years now. The brushes are still great after washings and I learned from this kit that I wear Light or Medium Beige. Recently I wanted to try a new foundation and used a sample of a liquid one from Prescriptives. 2 pimples within a few days. I returned to my BE and no more pimples. I also purchased the Well-Rested concealer. If you're really pale, it won't be light enough
I bought the kit, and within a week realized I had to buy the lighest shade of foundation. I mixed with the fairly light (2-1) to get the right shade. Then I mixed the Light with the all-over color to get an appropriate blush/bronzer shade for my very pale skin. Never had so many compliments
I love the feel of this makeup and it stays on even on those hot sweaty days. It really makes me look like I have that "healthy glow". It takes a while to apply it at first, but you get the hang of it pretty fast. I suggest getting the brush cleaner for the brushes because if you use a lotion moisturizer before hand, it attaches itself to the brush, leaving the makeup to stick to the inside of the cap (where you "swirl" it).This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

FLAWLESS FINISH
This is the very best of the best! I get a flawless airbrushed looking finish everytime. It only takes minutes to apply. I started using this product this summer because, I was told that it would not run from sweat. I worked out in 100 degree heat for 10 hours a day and I still looked great at the end of the day. Also, my skin has never looked better than it does now. I have not had a breako...read moreut in 7 months. It covers freckles, covers dark circles under the eyes, and does not cake up on the fine lines around the eyes or lips. This is a great product for all ages. Love This Stuff!
I purchased the Get Started Kit 18 months ago, and was automatically enrolled in the club membership which ships my foundation at set intervals which I determine. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT SO MUCH!! I have rosacea and avoid the sun at all costs because of it. This product really covers my redness. I had a problem for the first couple of days with irritation from the brush application, but that quick...read morely went away and was only mildy problematic. You can reapply during the day directly over the morning application and it looks great! Great product
I liked how light this product felt on my face and it didn't feel like I was wearing makeup. It didn't irritate my skin. If you use the brushes correctly. it does provide great coverage and hides the flaws. However, I don't believe it lasts all day. Not what I was expecting.....
I purchased this set and I was pretty disappointed with the results. The advertising for these products claims it's so pure you can sleep in it, and that it's actually good for your skin. The first time I put this on, my face actually burned, and the products felt almost mask-like!!!! So I found out this line is so big and manufactured that a lot of the product purchased sits on a shelf for a LONG TIME,,,meaning it oxidizes and the active ingredients (natrual spf) go bad,,,thats why when its applied you get that dull drabbey look. Don't get the hype!
I am official beauty addict. I don't understand why this stuff is so popular. If you want to see every pore and wrinkle magnified. Go ahead and buy it. It has a shimmer to it and maybe looks good on a 20 year old. It does even out the tone of your skin and has sunscreen but that is the only positive thing I can say. Maybe my oily skin has something to do with my poor outlook.
