    I'll never use another eye liner

    I have a secret. I'm completely eye liner dumb. I can draw a straight line on paper, but not on my face. When I attempt to line my eyes, it's always too thick and overdone looking. Cue Bare Escentuals Retro Lounge Eye Liner. The brush is AMAZING. It creates the thinnest liner imaginable and it's so soft. I use the eye liner... wet and it lasts all day. The color is described as "brown/black" which is 100% accurate. It's almost black, but with the harshness turned completely off. This duo is a winner. February 6, 2008, 6:51 pm

    Really love this duo, The brush is so easy to handle and the shadow so so easy to work with and stays in place. This product is great for the summer heat that we have in south Texas. Will buy it in other colors. May 20, 2008, 11:17 am

    Amazing liner and brush!

    This is a perfect set! Having the right brush makes all the difference in the world. I'm kinda clumsy usually with brushes for liners but this brush makes it so easy its hard to mess up. Thats one of the reasons I love BE they gve you the brush that is perfect for the job with the product. The liner is the perfect color an...d using with the eyeshadows they also offer my green eyes look amazingly sexy done in the cat eye style. August 31, 2009, 12:20 pm

    I bought this after reading all of the positive reviews and I have to admit, I am amazed! The color is a beautiful, versatile brown black and the brush is just so easy! I have never used anything that makes getting right to the lash line so simple. I have been using it dry and the results are just so dramatic yet natural. I... thought this would be overpriced but I would definitely purchase again and again! My only complaint is that the box doesn't give better directions. However, the brush is so fantastic it makes it all so easy! LOVE IT !!! June 1, 2009, 9:42 am

    What a find!

    This the best eyeliner I have ever used. I think I like to use it most as a wet liner. Either way, it goes on smooth and is easily manipulated. I can smudge it for a smokey eye when I go out at night or use it as a barley there for a daytime look. May 25, 2009, 9:26 am

    Nice Stuff

    Take's a few try's. But the brush is soft and can be used with other BareEscentuals eye products. The color is a nice black/brown. You can make cat eyes,smoky eyes are just eye liner looks thin or wide. Just play with it and see how much fun and easy it is. April 29, 2009, 2:52 pm

    This is indeed an easy way to achieve a cat eye look. The brush helps make sure my "winged out" part is straight and even. The liner shadow is a nice brown-black color. I even love to use the brush to apply shadow under my lower lashline. The brush is a little large so it takes a little while to get used to, but a...fter a few tries you'll swipe on that liner with ease. October 28, 2008, 4:59 am
