Talking about dependable deep cleaning, just go to buf puf. Long before trying clarisonic, I depended on the puf to give me that fresh, glowing feeling. I've been in love with these little guys for a long time! Whenver I need to really give my face a good cleansing, I use one of these with Basis Cleaner then Clean face wash and my skin is freash, clean and glowing! LOVE THEM!
