Talking about dependable deep cleaning, just go to buf puf. Long before trying clarisonic, I depended on the puf to give me that fresh, glowing feeling. Good, but a little harsh for me...
This sponge comes in Normal, Gentle and Extra Gentle. I really wish I would have tried the Extra Gentle. When I first touched it with my hands, it felt so soft, I almost thought it was too soft. But on my face it was a different story! It left my skin a little red and I was gentle with it. It seems to work well and I like the concept - I didn't want to add yet another product to my skin regimen, so this was a great idea. I used to use this product about 15 years ago, when I was in my early teens. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!
I've been in love with these little guys for a long time! Whenver I need to really give my face a good cleansing, I use one of these with Basis Cleaner then Clean face wash and my skin is freash, clean and glowing! LOVE THEM! Must get this!
Alas I've found you buf-puf! I used to use these wonderful little sponges but haven't been able to find them! I think I'll have to order online which just shows you how great they are (who would buy online for a sponge? haha!) Perfect level of abrasion for me but it would probably be a once a week thing for those with sensitive skin. A miracle!
I took a chance and bought one of these. And I am so glad I did! I wanted a real good way to exfoliate my face because the little beads in some cleansers just don't do the trick. This did. You can use it with any cleanser you already use. I didn't have to apply any pressure, just rubbed it all over my face and you can feel it working! After using it my skin felt so soft and smooth! The sponge lasts about 4-6 weeks, then they recommend you buy a new one.
