I have been using this for about a month now and absolutely love it. I ordered it as a set with the AM and PM serums. It is a gel consistency; absorbs quickly and removes puffiness FAST. I even dab a small amount on my eyes after applying concealer. Smoothes the undereye area and is effective all day! Elizabeth Grant products seem to do what they say . . and that's great!
