  HORRIBLE RASH ALL OVER MY FACE!

  Be careful... I know so many love this product but this is what happened to me: I just used Olay Definity Color recapture foundation and by 6-8hrs later people were asking if i was sunburned because my face looked red... i went to the bathroom and it was starting to get red and blotchy - by the next morning, i had a dry red... bumpy rash all over my face and throat where I had applied the product! It's the 4th day now and it's still awful!!! (only slightly better) - i know that this stuff has niacin in it which is used in anti aging products quite often. Niacin is actually something that causes irritation to make you feel like the product is working...it has no real benefit other than causing a slight redness and tingle feeling. They also put it in indoor tanning products to cause a "tingle" and temp. redness that goes away in a few hrs. some people are overly sensitive to it and I guess that's me... I will NEVER use any of these products ever again my face is a complete mess! PLEASE do a test patch on a small section of your face or under your jawline and wait 24hrs - I don't ever break out from anything but there are a LOT of online reviews from others like me who this has happened to!   The Swirl that Keeps you Beautiful!

  I received this to product test. How lucky am I? I doubt I would have bought it at $28 a bottle. So it was great to get to try it and see if it worked! First of all, this Olay Definity Color Recapture won the Best New Product award in a nationwide survey of 50,000 shoppers! It was voted the best new product for anti-aging ...and best new product overall. A two page ad appears in the magazine, Better Home And Gardens, that tells about the award and the product. I love the way this product looks in the bottle. I thought after seeing ads for it, that it was a gimmick to make the product appear to be in two different swirls. But it really is two different swirls! A white swirl of Olay anti-aging moisturizer and a swirl of illuminating and sheer foundation that you pick, according to your skin color. It is very attractive looking as it swirls up the bottle. The bottle is a clear plastic with Olay Definity color recapture on the bottle. At the bottom of the bottle it has anti-aging UV moisturizer + sheer illuminating coverage SPF 15 . It is 50 ml. The cap is somewhat frosty white and comes off easily and snaps back on snugly. There is a frosty beige strip at the top of the bottle that is part of the pump that the product comes out .The cap snaps onto it. All in all, it is a very attractive package and really eye-catching! The active ingrediants are 3% Octisalate,3% Octocrylene and 2% Avobenzone. I picked and received the light to medium coverage. After you clean your face in the morning(or whenever), you just pump out what you need to cover your face. I also use some on my neck. I use only 1 pump and that is plenty to cover my face and neck. The first thing you will notice is how light the lotion feels on your fingers, and then on your face. I have never been a foundation wearer. I hate the way it feels on my face and it never looks natural to me. This is completely different! It is light and so sheer. And when it dries, it looks so beautiful! It is very natural looking and not at all heavy or fake looking. I was so very impressed with how great it looked and felt. Totally natural looking, with a sheer light coverage of color. And it makes your skin just glow with healthy color! And, of course, the sunscreen is a great bonus, to protect your skin. It is also fragrance free. With continued use, it makes your skin more even toned and luminous. It dimishes brown spots, dullness and skin discolorations and also fights wrinkles. It protects against sun damage and looks great doing it. It also gives your skin a youthful glow and over time, it just gets better. My skin looks great and glows with good health. I have received a lot of compliments from friends about how good my skin looks. Even my man has said I "glow." That is the best endorsement I can give this product. It comes in three shades: Fair to Light, Light to Medium, and Medium to Deep. So it is not hard to pick the right shade for your skin. Also, there is an expiration date on the bottom of the bottle. In conclusion, all I can say is, this a great product and I am very impressed with it. I love everything about it, from the way it looks in the bottle, to the way it makes my skin look. I cannot recommend it enough. And I feel the bottle will last quite a while. So I do see myself buying this. It is well worth the price, because the benefits for your skin are great. So get some Olay Definity color recapture, and love the swirl that keeps you beautiful! August 4, 2009, 2:48 pm

  Don't need expensive foundation anymore

  I love this product so much. It completely replaced my foundation. With some concealer and Setting powder, that is all I need. My skin glows! August 4, 2009, 10:24 am

  This stuff is the bomb!!!!

  I don't even wear foundation anymore. After my shower I just spread a little of this over my face and voila, I am moisturized and my skin tone is even. You don't have to worry is all the edges are even, no issues at the hairline, the ears, the neck etc. It blends so beautifully and is so light. Perfect for everyday. I ...love it.   Just what I wanted

  I usually use mineral make-up, but wanted something for summer that would go on quickly, be light, and last all day. This is that product. It is so good I will wear it under my minerals this winter. It glides on and has just a bit of a dewy look, but not enough that I look sweaty and hot.   This is definitely a KEEPER

  I absolutely LOVE this product. I wanted something lighter for summer but still needed a little makeup and this is terrific. It has the Olay moisturizers PLUS a light foundation and properties that help to even out the skin. After about a week of using it every day I actually noticed some of my brown spots getting less n...oticeable! That in itself is amazing. Plus, it has enough coverage to look like your skin is great and natural, naturally. You do not look like you are wearing makeup, yet somehow it makes your skin look greater than without it!!! Does that make sense!!?? It does cover minor problems and evens out the skin tone -- all while working to actually make things better. I am actually seeing the benefits even when I just wash my face. It is evening out the skin so it actually looks better all on its own. The light/medium is probably the best shade for most to try first. April 13, 2009, 7:11 am

  Awesome. Perfect Coverage + SPF!

  I really love this stuff. The coverage is just enough. It evens out your skin tone, but doesn't go on cakey. I have very oily skin and for the past couple years have been experiencing adult acne (I'm' 26) so using moisturizers is hard for me. I have to be very careful about what I put on my face because I'll break out. It d...oesn't make me break out or make my skin super oily, plus it has SPF and helps with anti-aging so how can you go wrong? I had heard great things about this and so I figured I'd give it a try and I'm impressed. Plus it lasts forever! You can easily get 6 months of daily usage from this. February 23, 2010, 8:38 am
