I bought this conditioner because I loved the smell, and the smell is wonderful. However, this conditioner didn't do very much in the way of actual conditioning...my hair didn't feel smooth or moisturized after I rinsed...if anything, it was a little sticky. I have dry hair, so my hair definitely needs extra care. If you have normal hair and like coconut, this probably won't do your hair any harm, but if you really need nourishing care, this isn't a good pick for you. — 1 year ago

Not enough conditioning

After using the matching shampoo, I expected this conditioner to restore moisture and to leave my hair soft, shiny and manageable. That's what I expect from "coconut milk" conditioner. But unfortunately, it gave my hair mediocre results. In fact, the conditioner did not do much to my damaged/dry hair, just a bit softer and smelled nicer. That was all. Having said that, I think the shampoo was the main culprit, which made my hair really dry, stripping all the natural oil from my hair. I sometimes wash my hair once in two days, but this shampoo and conditioner made me want to wash everyday due to the lifeless hair. — 2 years, 5 months ago

Smells Delicious

A fun alternative to the conditioner I use daily. The smell is fabulous but it was a "spur of the moment" purchase at a novelty store and not something I come across daily. It seemed healthy and very moisturizing, which to me, is good for my long, thick hair. It did cost a bit much. Although I won't purchase it again, it was worth it for the product. Coconut must be moisturizing. I want to eat it! — 3 years ago

please dont eat this, tho youll want to. the eggs give your hair strength but make this one 'vegan friendly' stamp short of the most guilt-free thing to ever smell this delish. other than that little side note, you cant go wrong with this conditioner if you want a high end finish from a tree hugger brand. — 3 years, 3 months ago

This has a fabulous scent and I love how soft it makes my hair feel. The conditioner is thick and creamy and seems to penetrate quite well. I think the packaging could be improved as far as telling you what ingredients are organic because the only one that is mentioned is coconut milk on the front of it. It is quite vague about what else is organic. The coconut milk shampoo and conditioner should be used on dry or damaged hair. — 3 years, 1 month ago

I really had high hopes for this, mostly because it smelled so good. But, it really didn't condition my hair. If anything, my hair felt more dried out after I used it. Despite the amazing smell, I wouldn't purchase this again. — 12 months ago

huge disappointment

IDK why I always buy products from this brand! I love the info on the label and the way they smell, and when I try them out I am hugely disappointed. I feel like this conditioner does nothing to my hair. It actually feels worse after I condition it. The only good thing about it is that it smells great, other than that I would not recommend it. So far, I've tried about 4 sets of shampoos and conditioners from this brand and only liked one (the one w/Morocco oil). Smells nice, but not conditioning AT ALL!

This conditioner smells lovely, but that is the ONLY nice thing I can say about it. I bought both the shampoo and conditioner to use on my highlighted hair. SO disappointed, and actually quite angry, as these were not inexpensive products...I spent far more than the $6.99 stated here! My hair was like straw after using these products...in far worse condition than before use. Ugh! I was going to put it in the guest bath but decided I didn't want to subject my friends and family to this really awful, misleading product.
