Shadow won't move when you use this primer.
If you have a problem with your shadow creeping around and showing up in places where you don't want it, just try this primer once and you won't be without it. Wow! I like it
This eye primer is very amazing when it comes to making my eye make-up stay all day. I wore this to a theme park on a very hot day and it didn't fade let alone budge or smear. The only thing I don't like about this product is that it is a little dry going on, but its definitely not enough to make me stop using it.
