I have decided to be merciful and give this 4 when i really think it deserves a 2. Pros: 2 nozzels, wide and narrow depending on what type of air flow you want or need. ergonomic and lite..did not hurt to hold even after 30 min. strong airflow cons: leaves hair frizzy even though it dries quickly heat settings not that strong. push buttons get in way and change level when moving dryer. the biggest thing for me here was the frizz. when i straighten my locks i go thru a vary calculated process not to have it happen and this dryer frizzed out my hair anyway! it looked like straw. being Farouk product i expected more. But i guess the only line they place money into is the Chi line of products because this is a waste.
