Don't.
Don't use this if you want to have clear skin. I took these pills just as directed, and my face basically exploded. My skin was exponentially worse, and this crap is expensive. I called their customer service and said that my results were typical-- the lady said that the pills are designed to make the skin worse, and then it would improve, but I would have to use 3 month's worth to see results. the kit is great
i've only written one review on products before and that was when proactiv made my skin red and 10 times as bad as it had been but I feel I need to spread the word about zenmed products. I had never heard of it before and was lucky a friend sent me the link after she was searching for herbs. I am familiar with herbal remedies and have used them for stomach issues and some headaches in the past so I was excited to treat my acne with herbs. As with most herbs you need to give it AT LEAST a month or even longer to start to see some results. You will still get acne in the meantime because the herbs haven't had time to work yet, this isn't the herbs fault! My skin got softer and had a nice glow and my acne is about 90% better than it has been in 8 yrs. You just need to give it time!
This stuff works but as it is herbal and natural it is not going to work as fast as harsh chemicals. it needs time to cleanse out your body. As I read somewhere else - if you have had acne for a few years you can't expect this to clear you up in only a few weeks. This will totally work but you have to use it for several months.
