This is an outstanding gel eyeliner. It goes on smoothly without skipping, is blendable, comes in a variety of gorgeous vibrant, flattering colors, and dries to waterproof even for watery allergic eyes. It does not irritate my sensitive eyes, comes off easily with a good eye makeup remover and is so much cheaper than Bobbi Brown or MAC. I have gotten so many compliments when wearing this awesome liner. It goes on sooo smoothly and dries without moving until you wash it off!
