This is an outstanding gel eyeliner. It goes on smoothly without skipping, is blendable, comes in a variety of gorgeous vibrant, flattering colors, and dries to waterproof even for watery allergic eyes. It does not irritate my sensitive eyes, comes off easily with a good eye makeup remover and is so much cheaper than Bobbi Brown or MAC. Beautiful Eyes
I have gotten so many compliments when wearing this awesome liner. It goes on sooo smoothly and dries without moving until you wash it off! a different kind of gel eyeliner.

Brilliant eyeliner
This is exactly like Bobbi Brown's gel eye liner for a lot less money. It comes in 6 colors--I wish there were a few more, like a dark green and a lighter brown for the lower lid. It goes on easily and stays put until you wash it off. Best of all, depending on how you apply it, it can be smudged for a softer appearance, or it can be a dramatic crisp line.
