I am normally a huge fan of everything Merle Norman but this eyeliner is just ok. The colors are great and it goes on easily, but I have watery eyes and it tends to smudge under my eyes after a couple hours. My eyelids also get a bit oily so it will rub off and leave lines in the creases of my lids too. If you have the same problem, try Merle Norman’s soft touch eyeliner. Non irritating

This is the best eyeliner I've every tried. It doesn't irritate sensitive eyes like some of the more expensive eye liners. I have been useing the Definitive pencil for at least 7 years and I wouldn't think of changing.
