  Non irritating

  This is the best eyeliner I've every tried. It doesn't irritate sensitive eyes like some of the more expensive eye liners. I have been useing the Definitive pencil for at least 7 years and I wouldn't think of changing. It stays on all day too, which is a plus! May 19, 2008, 5:02 am

  just ok

  I am normally a huge fan of everything Merle Norman but this eyeliner is just ok. The colors are great and it goes on easily, but I have watery eyes and it tends to smudge under my eyes after a couple hours. My eyelids also get a bit oily so it will rub off and leave lines in the creases of my lids too. If you have the same... problem, try Merle Norman’s soft touch eyeliner. I have switched to that and it goes on and blends easily and stays put all day long. February 20, 2009, 2:35 am

  reccomendable.

  I like this eye liner. My only problem with it is that I have watery eyes and it doesn't stay put for longer that 3 hours. It goes on easy with no irritation though. :) June 10, 2008, 8:25 pm
