just ok
jackijoy11 (3 reviews)I am normally a huge fan of everything Merle Norman but this eyeliner is just ok. The colors are great and it goes on easily, but I have watery eyes and it tends to smudge under my eyes after a couple hours. My eyelids also get a bit oily so it will rub off and leave lines in the creases of my lids too. If you have the same problem, try Merle Norman’s soft touch eyeliner. I have switched to that and it goes on and blends easily and stays put all day long. — 2 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

reccomendable.
Maralex_123 (4 reviews)I like this eye liner. My only problem with it is that I have watery eyes and it doesn't stay put for longer that 3 hours. It goes on easy with no irritation though. :) — 3 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
