Does A Nice Job But Does Leave Streaks
As most members have already noticed, for a $1, this foundation brush is definitely worth a try to apply foundation. I've only used this brush to apply liquid foundation and the bristles of the brush is very sturdy and even after many washes it still stays intact quite nicely. The only downside is I can notice in the hard to contour areas such as the nose, it leaves a bit of a streak. But that may just be my foundation and not at all the brush. — 1 year, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

LOVE IT!
If you're just starting to buy makeup brushes, this one is great. While it doesn't have TONS of bristles like more expensive foundation brushes, it has enough to get the job done. They feel soft, not scratchy, and the brush has stood up to repeated washings without any problems. It's a really good brush, worth way more than the $1 you pay. No, it doesn't look super fancy, but it's a good basic brush. I would absolutely repurchase it. I also like using this brush to pat on cream blush! — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

Foundation Piece
I like this brush overall, but its a little on the thin side. I found it a bit difficult to use for blending as it left streaks on my face. I still recommend it though, if only for the price! — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

great brush!
I actually like that this brush is not too thick, this helps to not waste foundation. It's put together very well- sturdy and not cheap-looking. It's very easy to clean, since the bristles aren't from natural material; and it doesn't lose it's shape or quality after being washed. And you definitely can't beat the price! — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Best $1 I Spent
Perfect brushes for just a dollar! I cannot say that enough! I have tried all sorts of high end brands like MAC & Sephora but I am always reaching from my elf brushes instead. ELF cosmetics are kind of crappy but the brushes are just fabulous! I also love them for travel because if I leave them behind or damage them during the voyage I do not feel very bad. Excellent product! — 2 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

buy in bulk
everytime i order from elf i stock up on their brushes. this brush is exactly as good as my expensive ones from sephora and mac, and holds up to frequent washing and heavy usage. for a dollar, there is nothing to lose, but you will be slightly bitter when you find out you couldve not bought the 25$ brush at the other stores. perfect 10! — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Great brush at a great value!
This is an amazing brush. It totally lived up to my standards. Everyone needs to have one! I would suggest washing it first, but that goes for any new face brush — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Pretty good for the price
I bought this brush for a dollar expecting the worst. But what I got was the equivalent to some 15 dollar brushes I've tried. It's not the best, and has less bristles than the higher end brushes, but it gets the job done and is overall good. The only thing is that after a few uses the glue that held the metal part onto the wooden part of the brush started to loosen, and the head of the brush moves around, but it doesn't bother me that much. It seems to be a common theme with ELF brushes though. I do recommend it though. The price is way too good to pass up. — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not for Me
This brush is terrible. I'm currently using the Extra Virgin Minerals Foundation Brush from The Body Shop but wanted to have an extra brush for liquid foundations, so I picked this up to try. The bristles were so hard and rough that it felt like I was scratching my face when I applied foundation and if I didn't hold the brush almost parallel to my face, the bristles would poke, which shouldn't hurt but does somehow, that's how rough they are. — 2 weeks, 5 days agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
