Awful!
This eyeliner reminds me of a dried out felt-tip marker. When I tried using it, hardly any color would come off on my eyelid so I'd have to rub the tip back and forth to see any color. Very cheap!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

dont know why this has bad reviews...
because i love this thing! maybe alot of people have a lot of problems with the scent but it doesnt bother me at all. One thing i love about this liquid eyeliner is taht the brush is pretty stiff-perfect for begginers. Might be good for preteen

It smells so bad!
It smells horrible like something with alot of chemicals in it. It's also very flaky and goopy. I thought maybe it was just a bad bottle that I got. But I brought the brown twice and the the black once. Sucked all 3 times. The $1 price isn't worth any of the problems. not happy with this product. it works fairly well on the upper lid but the bottom :P not so good. easily smudged and the top is seriously an un-needed size! honesly the lid alone is 2 inches tall!!! good for a nice defined look on top and for making a wing out of the outer corner.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

This eyeliner did not last long at all, By the end of the evening most of it was underneath my eyes. what a flakee
like any other broke makeup lover i was so excited when i heard about elf and their $1 cosmetics. I saw this at kmart so i got it in brown and black...not sure if those were the names of the colors but those were the actual colors that they were. Anyway, i tried it when i got home without any primer or sealer or anything and it looked pretty good. I wore it to school one day and after about 3 hour...read mores it was half off of my eyes. It flaked almost completely off! i looked ridiculous!
