Good but not Great
I use a lot of liquid liners and while this one is good at only $1, I find that it smudges if not completely dry. It also doesn't last as long before needing to reaply. Didn't do it for me.
I hate hate hate hate HATE this liquid liners. I have used many different kinds and many different brands and I must say that this is the worst one I've ever used! I know it's only a dollar, but c'mon, it's not even worth it. I like most ELF products, but this stuff is seriously lacking. I bought it a few years ago and the formula is so water-y that you get barely any color. I hate the applicator...read more 5,000% Its rock hard and much too stiff for my delicate eye area. It also stung my eyes REALLY bad if I got anywhere near the water line. Oh, and one more thing, it doesn't last at all. Infact it sort of peels off through out the day. happy with the price tag not the product
My first thoughts when using this elf eyeliner was "not bad" for a $1 liquid liner. But it wasn't until i kept using this product that I noticed how watered down this liner is. Yes it glides on black but I usually had to go over the line a coupe times to intensify the color. it would also smear and budge after a few moments. definitely not long lasting. you get what you pay for..This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

i love this eyeliner.... the colors are great the packaging allows for even the most inexperienced liquid liner users to get a great thin line it lasts for about half day.,... which is for me 6 ish hours... it doesnt claim all day wear i love the pigmentation.,.,. the price is great i have told everyone i know that if they want a great liquid liner to go to elf for one cheap <3 lelau101This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Glad I gave this a secong shot
The first time I got this in the mail it was exactly like a dry marker. I couldn't do anything with it. However, I heard good things about it so I ordered it again in my next e.l.f purchase. I recently bought this eyeliner because it was only $1.00 and I was looking for something inexpensive because this would go on the top of my eyes. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The eyeliner goes on smooth and definitely defines your eyes. It lasts most of the day. I use the color black. This is one I would buy again. Surprised!
Now this for me is a brand that I love. The products pack a punch for the price. This little beauty right here I got in a 3 pack for 3 DOLLARS. I tried it out...it was much smoother and easier to use that the liquid eyeliner I already owned.I wasn't just waterproof, it was SLEEP proof. I woke up with eyeliner just as smooth as it had been the night before. Riding the Fence
This particular product is so-so. The many beautiful colors caught my eye and the price as extremely low. Though the color is just as nice once I put it on; it didn't last very long. The eyeliner came of after only a short time and I had to re- apply often, which made my day a little more difficult. this is my favorite liquid liner. it comes in so many diferent colors and a great price. i got mine in plum and it is a beautiful color. i set it with a purple eyeshadow to ensure that it will stay all day and it does last all day long and looks beautiful i have gotten so many compliments on this eyeliner ! nice work elf !This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
