This product makes the skin smoother and the texture is a little less harsh than other microdermabrasion creams I've tried, but I have not seen any improvement in my skin. Have tried numerous microdermabrasion products and nothing has left my skin as soft and moisturized as this one. The "grains" are not scratchy and my face has a nice healthy glow and is sooooo soft. Nice scent as well but not highly perfumed. This is identical to Mary Kay's microdermabrasion. And the same price, I believe. It is superfine, and a little goes a long way.
