Have tried numerous microdermabrasion products and nothing has left my skin as soft and moisturized as this one. The "grains" are not scratchy and my face has a nice healthy glow and is sooooo soft. Nice scent as well but not highly perfumed. This is identical to Mary Kay's microdermabrasion. And the same price, I believe. It is superfine, and a little goes a long way. I saw Dr Denese on tv and purchased her book.(good read) I then decided to purchase some of her products. She advised that microdermabrasion is very important for the skin. It removes old cells and initates new growth. I did not exfoliate much before but I purchased this product. I now use it at least 3 times a week and my skin glows. I can see an immediate difference and I am sure it has reduced my skin age by a few years.
