It works!
This is a very gently product - I didn't have any cramps or anything like that. I only took one a night and that was plenty enough for me. There are 60 tablets in a bottle and it says only to use it for one week each month, so this bottle will last you a long time if you take it as recommended. Most gentle!

Does what it says!
This item does what it says it will do! However, it says to take 2-3 per day. . .I took one and it was plenty.
