This product is amazing when used in conjunction with the Arbonne Protien Shakes. I lost thirteen pounds in one month and it came off of the areas women normally store fat like thighs hips and tummy! I took this product according to directions and also used it in conjunction with the other recommended Arbonne weight loss products: the NrGgo3 Fizzing Beverage Tablets (just add one to a water bottle) and the Figure8 Chocolate Protein Shake (it actually tasted GOOD!). I was most impressed by the fact that this product is an all-natural herbal supplement, and not a "scary" weight loss pill like most of the ones on TV. The formula I used was: 2 pills 1 fizzy tablet in water with breakfast, 2 pills 1 protein shake with a healthy lunch (like a salad with chicken or tuna on it, and oil/vinegar dressing), and 2 pills 1 fizzy tablet in water with a balanced dinner of meat/starch/vegetables. It should also be noted that I drank Arbonne's detox tea every night (I heard your body can't lose weight if it's toxic). I went from 200 lbs. down to 160 lbs. in 8 weeks while following this program, and it ended up costing me less money than going to weight watchers meetings or purchasing jenny craig food. I plan to restart this program soon and try to lose another 40 lbs!
