I have been using the Clear Advantage set for a year or so now but I never took the pills, not a big pill user, then one day I had read a review and decided to start taking them. My face blew up with spots but after a couple of weeks they all disappeared and my skin is looking better than it has in a while. Love the line, best used with the Clear Advantage products.
I had a hard time getting my skin under control once I moved from a lower/wetter climate to the desert.
