I tried this product because I was hoping it would condition my fine hair that tends to get frizzy. It smells good and does an adequate job, but I really didn't feel like my hair was in any better shape, or that I could forgo getting a hair cut while I was trying to grow it out. Smells good, conditions well, reasonable price. If only it would rinse out! This weighed down my THICK hair so much I would either have to shampoo again or deal with feeling the residue in my hair until my next washing.
