Revlon Age Defying Instant Firming Face Primers with Botafirm
Editor's Rating & Review
"Instant firming" is misleading but fine lines are less noticeable after a week of using Revlon Age Defying Instant Firming Face Primer. (You can actually see what Revlon claims is Botafirm, a botanical and antioxidant complex, making a difference over time.) A decent primer, it promotes longevity of makeup and allows it to glide on smoothly. Pores look smaller but shine isn't controlled as much as expected (oily skin types may want to skip it). One huge downside: The very strong smell resembles that of wet grass -- a deal breaker for most consumers.

Alright but you get what you pay for here
I was disappointed in this product. It feels like a thick serum, and I don't like the texture it leaves after you blend it in. It may slightly fill in your pores but to me it's just not worthy of being called a primer. I would do your research and sample some of the pricier primers if you want a performing product. — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Shiny and smelly
I do not care for products with a strong smell, this has a stinky odor and makes my skin Very shiny, even after foundation and powder application. If i could rate this a zero i would. — 5 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 6 people said helpful
