  While this does have the smooth application it claims to have, it also has very low color payoff. Overall, this product is a disappointment. June 2, 2008, 2:13 am

  CoverGirl Outlast Eyeliner

  Thought this would be a better product than it was. It did go on smooth as other's said, but it did not stay on all day or even 4 hours and the color was not deep enough for my liking. April 19, 2009, 1:45 pm

  Great eyeliner

  I've used covergirl for years and this is by far the best eyeliner. I swim a lot and as long as I do not rub my eyes hard while in the water this eyeliner stays put. I've used other brands some costing more some less but I always come back to CoverGirl Outlast ALL DAY wear. IT WORKS GREAT and really does last all day!!! April 18, 2009, 9:38 pm

  great eyeliner

  I have been using this product for some time and I think it's really great. It goes on smoothly and stays put all day. The self-sharpening part is a bit of a misnomer - it doesn't stay sharp so much as it just can be pushed up farther - but that doesn't really take away a whole lot. Definitely one of the best eyeliners I've... ever used. May 6, 2008, 5:38 am

  Staying Power!

  I'm oily. NOTHING stays on my face. I didn't believe this eyeliner would actually work, but it does! Stays on better than MAC shadow applied with a wet liner brush. It lasts all day long and, if I make the mistake of falling asleep in it, it's there the next morning. Crazy! My one and only complaint is the the very limited ...range of colors. A nice deep eggplant color would make me very happy. All in all, I'd say it's a perfect daily eyeliner. Nothing glitzy, but a real workhorse. August 28, 2009, 10:31 pm

  Very disappointing

  I love the CoverGirl perfect blend mascara with its ease of application. I was hoping to find the same ease of application with Staying Power in this eyeliner. I was extremely disappointed. I do not like putting on eye liner that tugs at the eye area. We all know that this pulling and tugging contributes to sagging and ...the formation of wrinkles. I found the eyeliner hard to apply because I spent so much time trying not to tug on my eyelid that I was unable to achieve the straight, intense liner line that I wanted. When I swatch the liner on the back of my hand though it is beautiful. I am glad that I got it during a BOGOF sale. I will not be purchasing it again. March 4, 2009, 6:03 pm

  It Was Ok

  While i love covergirl stuff, i needed an eyeliner that was long lasting. It lasts but it becomes creased under the eye. And the color is not as dramatic, its more creamy. Also, this is NOT a good liner for the inner lid. It burns and makes my eyes water. While this product is ok for a more natural look w some touch ups thr...ough out the day, i opted to purchase something else. I found revlons colorstay eyeliner to be a better buy for me.   loreal is better

  I didn't like this. had trouble getting it to go one....some of them are hard to go on if your eye is not that dry. perfect point plus,almay,revlon and loreal are good February 10, 2009, 5:49 pm
