This eyeliner is amazing. I have it in the brown color (not sure what it's called), and it is fantastic. In regards to application, it goes on very smoothly, and doesn't tug at my eyelid at ALL. The liner really does last all day, and I don't have waterproof. When you first apply it, you can still smudge it if necessary, but after awhile, your liner is set, and nothing happens to it. I've gone swimming with it on, went to soccer practice, and there were no smudges after practice.
