Impressed
I am an urban decay gal ie. 247 eyeliner. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and the lastabilility of this liner. Cover girl has always been on the forefront of affordable makeup with quality products. This liner has opened my eyes .. Love it!
This eyeliner is amazing. I have it in the brown color (not sure what it's called), and it is fantastic. In regards to application, it goes on very smoothly, and doesn't tug at my eyelid at ALL. The liner really does last all day, and I don't have waterproof. When you first apply it, you can still smudge it if necessary, but after awhile, your liner is set, and nothing happens to it. I've gone swimming with it on, went to soccer practice, and there were no smudges after practice. Staying Power!
I'm oily. NOTHING stays on my face. I didn't believe this eyeliner would actually work, but it does! Stays on better than MAC shadow applied with a wet liner brush. It lasts all day long and, if I make the mistake of falling asleep in it, it's there the next morning. Crazy! My one and only complaint is the the very limited range of colors. A nice deep eggplant color would make me very happy. All in all, I'd say it's a perfect daily eyeliner. Great eyeliner
I've used covergirl for years and this is by far the best eyeliner. I swim a lot and as long as I do not rub my eyes hard while in the water this eyeliner stays put. I've used other brands some costing more some less but I always come back to CoverGirl Outlast ALL DAY wear. Very disappointing
I love the CoverGirl perfect blend mascara with its ease of application. I was hoping to find the same ease of application with Staying Power in this eyeliner. I was extremely disappointed. I do not like putting on eye liner that tugs at the eye area. We all know that this pulling and tugging contributes to sagging and the formation of wrinkles. I found the eyeliner hard to apply because I spent so much time trying not to tug on my eyelid that I was unable to achieve the straight, intense liner line that I wanted. When I swatch the liner on the back of my hand though it is beautiful. I am glad that I got it during a BOGOF sale.
