Perfect Smoky Eyes
The Prestige liner in Storm is a beautiful grey liner that gives you a smoky eye without the raccoon look. I find it goes on smoothly and blends easily. Everytime I wears this on a night out I can't many compliments. Women always ask me what eyeliner I am wearing.
