Great at home treatment!
I do like the Mary Kay Microdermabrasion set. This particular step, refine, does a great job of exfoliating and leaves a radiance to your skin. I thought it was just "OK" nothing more then that though. Yes it's a great scrub but I found that it wasn't any better on my skin then Apricot scrub is. And the lotion is just OK as well, it didn't make my skin any softer then the other moisturizers I've used (Velocity, Kiss My Face are the two I go with).
