This solid remains a favorite despite trying others like Dove, which balled up over the course of the day. It doesn't completely stop sweat, but the medium-strength scent keeps odor away. I ran a marathon with it on and people didn't shy away from hugs, so that's gotta mean something. It doesn't irritate skin despite its hard-working formula or leave a sticky finish. There's also a huge variety of scents. I'm into Asian Pear -- odd, but it's fresh, not too fruity.

I am a Dove deodorant user, but I was very impressed with Secret's wide selection of scent choices. I tried Vanilla Chai because I loved the sweet smell and the inexpensive price. First I thought that the scent was very lovely, but later I felt that I was only masking the odor with this unnatural fragrance. It dried quickly, but unfortunately, it also left a bit of residue and white marks on dark clothes.
