It does help!
First off, don't expect this product to dry your nails in seconds. I will dry the top layer of the polish quicker, but don't expect it to set your nails perfectly in a flash. However, it does make a difference. I have nails that are kind of dark (I have medium skin), so it takes about three coats of polish color, along with the base and top coat to finish my manicure. That's FIVE layers. I even use Seche Vite (which is my favorite top coat EVER because it really speeds up the time of drying the polish). Sometimes I just want to cut down my total dry time by a few minutes (which makes a difference to me!) I bunch all of my nails together and give it 1-2 sprays on each hand and this does help to cut down total drying time by a couple of minutes. It also seems to help further seal the top coat and it doesn't dry up my cuticles or skin around my nails. It dries up and evaporates fairly quickly too so as soon as your hand is dry, it likely has taken full effect. This is GREAT for pedicures, because I don't know if you're like me, but do you ever do your toes and move to your hands, but you completely become distracted with your manicure that you don't realize that your feet have been all over the place and you ruin your pedicure? This does a good job at drying that faster. Review subject
As another review already mentioned, don't expect rock hard nails after applying this. I got this as a stocking stuffer and have used it a few times. It's great for drying the top of the nail polish so you don't have to sit around waiting for it to dry, but still be careful not to do anything that could smudge the polish (like going to bed and waking up with those dreaded sheet creases in your polish...). The directions on the box it came with say to spray it on after your last coat of nail polish, but I use it after my last coat of color and my last coat of top coat and it's worked out great for the handful of times I've used it. — 4 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

A must have
I am one of those people who paints her nails, and then has 100 things to do. My nail polish ends up coming off while it is wet... to say the least. I use this all the time, wait 30 seconds, spray, and your nail polish is set. The BEST!

A must have!
I received this as a gift at Trade Secret with the purchase of 2 OPI nail polishes. The normal retail price is 8.95 and I will definitely purchase this once I run out. It helped my nail polish dry much faster without losing shine, does not have a noticeable smell, and did not affect how long my manicure lasted. Really works!
This is a great product to set your nails quick. Just wait about a minute after your final coat of polish, mist on, and you're ready to go. This stuff is great!
