Not a plumper and it wears off fast

I was excited to try this product after I read a review in a magazine, but I'm disappointed. I saw no plumping after multiples uses, it goes on like a thick lotion to me and comes off very quickly. This "lip plumper" doesn't show any real plumping results, but the balm feels incredibly light and moisturizing. I use it as an everyday lip balm. The taste and smell are nice, it reminds me of Orange Julius. I agree with the reviewer who found that this product didn't act as a plumper. Originally I bypassed this product because I hate plumpers (the tingling sensation, the taste... ugh!), but returned to it when I found it acted more as a balm. I love this product! I love the taste (sweet lemon), and I love the healing properties- I wear it during the day, and always to bed at night. It makes a huge difference with my severely chapped lips (Canadian winters!). I got some of this stuff for cheap at the grocery out let and I loved it so much that I went back and bought 3 more tubes! When I run out and the Grocery Outlet runs out I will definitely buy this product at full price...
