Ponds Has Stood the Test of Time
I recall my grandmother's skin smelling sweetly of the Pond's she kept on her nightstand. Now things have come full circle. I have used both this cream for dry skin and Pond's Clarant (made for brown spots) and found them to be tremendous. The texture is rich, but the cream seeps into your skin quickly, providing a good base for foundation. My skin is much softer, smells luscious, and brown spots are retreating. It's hard to believe that a product which delivers such results is so inexpensive (dear Ponds, please do not raise the price). I like this product very much. I have incredibly sensitive skin that is very easily irritated by all different types of ingredients and products. However, I found this one to be agreeable for my complexion. The consistency of the cream is very rich and smooth, and I like the way it felt when I applied it. It is a very soothing, cooling sensation when you rub it in, particularly at the end of a long day. I like that the scent is very light, as well. It does not have a heavy fragrance, and my face still felt clean after I applied it. Stands the test of time
My mom used this when many years ago when I was a child, and now I'm using it. I love using it at night to make my skin smooth by morning. Rich, thick and affordable
This is an affordable and very rich face cream. My husband, who just wants to moisturize his dry skin, uses this cream during the dry winter months. He does not care about any fancy name or additional benefit so this is perfect for him. For my oily/combination skin, this is a bit too heavy and rich. The texture reminds me of original Nivea cream. Thus, I sometimes use it as hand cream, and my hands feel soft and smooth. Amazing!
I love this stuff. I love ponds! Their whole skin care line is great for my problematic skin. My skin def goes through cycles and when its in its driest phase i love using this stuff. It glides on lovingly on my skin and it absorbs really well. It's slightly scented but its a great light scent that dissipates as it sits on the skin. Long time Favorite
When I had a membership to BJ's I would buy this in the double packs because I love it so much. What I love about this cream is that you can use it all over your body including your face. I love the way it smells and feels. Not too heavy, perfume-y, goes on smooth and it is not thick and greasy. One of the best!!
I go back to this frequently. It hydrates my skin better than most moisturizers that are triple the price or more. I believe that the key to anti-aging is moisturizing a lot and this definitely delivers on that. Not sure how it is for oily skin but for dryer skin it's perfect!!! Did I mention cheap? Great Moisturizer
I remember using this in the winter in Beijing. The winter is usually very dry and extremely cold so going outside will do very harsh things to your face. My normal moisturizers were no match to the weather but this was really good. I felt the results within the first two weeks which was really great. my skin did not feel as dry nor flakey. I love the price as well, it was very forgiving. Great Moisturizer and I look forward to using more of it in the future.
