delivers all that is promised, just one problem

smooth, not sticky

Love it... but

I don't see what everyone else's problem is. It is a little thick, but at least it looks good on you and it isn't sticky. Pretty, but not long-lasting...
I have this in the bright sparkly fuschia shade. It's very pretty on. I do one slick for day-time and about 3 for going out. Unfortunately, I don't find that it lasts very long at all.
