LOVE Black Honey

Must have more than one!
I've been a fan of this since I was 18, when it was my college staple lipcolor. 17 years later and still loving it but even more, as I must have one in my makeup kit, one on my desk at work and one in my purse. As a makeup artist for the past 14 years, nothing looks more like "just bitten lip" that has the comfortable slickness and barley-there pleasant smell of this product. Of course I...read more wear other colors, but this color is a perfect choice for those jeans and t-shirts looks or even to wear to they gym for some lip moisture. feels like lipbalm, good color payoff
This lippie never attracted me in the first place due to its super dark appearance in the tube. But one day when I was purchasing all about lips at the clinique counter I decided to try it. The SA put it on my lips and I just couldn't believe my eyes. It looked so pretty on me; a sheer berry color that is so natural. I looked like I just ate cherries. It was also very moisturising. Love This!
This is my favorite lipstick. Black Honey is a lovely sheer berry color. Sheer Blackberry is even prettier and I wish Clinique would bring it back. I haven't been able to find it in over a year. It is a cooler purplish berry tone and sheer. You can vary the intensity by layering. The chicest little silver tube...
I 'stole" my grandma's tube of Black Honey when I was ten, and I've never looked back! I believe in high quality skincare and looking polished and pretty, but I'm not a big makeup junkie, so this multitasking, effortless product really works for me. The color in this is so sheer and universally flattering, it can be applied all day and never seem brash or muddy. It translates a little differe...read morently on everyone, but always looks fresh, pretty, and sophisticated. Most flattering shade of berry
One coat gives a nice berry sheen. See through but definitely there, You can build the color until it's a deep blackberry, which is slightly to dramatic for my light medium complexion, but would be very flattering on someone with a deeper skin tone. my fav black honey
I was lucky enough to try this as a sample. I used it one night over a lip plumper and it was the perfect color since I did a smokey effect on my eyes. I went & bought one immediately. Just ok
I have read in a number of beauty magazines that Black Honey almost lipstick is a must have or a staple so I bought it. It's really just an OK sheer lip stain that doesn't last very long. Gorgeous
Black Honey is such a gorgeous color, that's moisturizing and glossy. It's true that the staying power isn't so great, but for lip gloss addicts this isn't a big issue. I don't mind reapplying because the color's so great. It's like a lip gloss in that you have to reapply, it's moisturizing and glossy, but more like a lipstick in its texture and color intensity.
