Having three blush shades to blend is great in theory, but with Aveda Petal Essence Face Accents trio, the darkest color overshadows the rest. Infused with organic lavender (minus the strong scent), the talc- and mineral oil-free formula is a tad pricey, but a great choice for sensitive skin. Color goes on strong so apply with a light hand, but it fades throughout the day, so bring the palette with you for touchups -- not that easy since it doesn't come in a conventional compact. (Aveda sells that separately).

      I have a love/hate relationship with this product. The colors are beautiful and for the most part blend very well and look flattering on my skin. The only drawback is the shimmer put into them. It feels like too much on my skin. They also don't last throughout the day, so I have to reapply once a day. I have all of the Aved...       Natural is Worth It

      Ok, this product is probably not the sexiest blush product on the market, but the natural ingredients make it worth it to me. I love the color, and unlike some of the reviewers I do not find it goes on to heavy or that it does not last. I put it on every morning and do not get home until late, and I still feel I look great....       • Gently dust on skin using an Aveda Flax Sticks #10 Face Powder Brush or #9 Blush Brush. For a tanned effect without the sun, apply the Bronze Glow palette to nose, forehead, chin and cheeks. For subtler warm accents, choose Peach Lights. To create a more rosy glow, apply Plum Touch.
