Made an Impact on My Eyes!
One of the reasons I was drawn to Clinique's "High Impact Mascara" is that it is available in a black/brown color for a softer look. I did get more than I expected. It coats lashes well and remains pliable so that I can add more if I want without clumping sans the "spider eyes" appearance. There is a definite increase in length and volume with no flaking, either. CLINIQUE HIGH IMPACT MASCARA
This is my go to everyday mascara. The thing I love most about it is that is the first mascara that does not irritate my sensitive eyes! It gives nice volume to my lashes which is what I look for most in a mascara since my lashes are somewhat long and have a natural curl. I also love that a tube lasts longer than average before drying out so I can definitely justify paying a little more than the typical drugstore mascara which dries out a couple weeks after opening. I have repurchased at least five times and will continue to do so. I've used this mascara for years, starting out with the samples my mum would get from the gift with purchase and as I got older eventually breaking down and buying the full size. I absolutely love this mascara, but I recently decided to branch out and see if I could find one that I love equally for a lower price. I have light brown/blond lashes and the mascara really makes them defined, longer, and you can build it up to make it clumpy if you like. The formula isn't watery, and lasts me a long time. Overall a great mascara! If I don't find a lower priced mascara I like, I'm definitely going back to Clinique. This is one of the best mascaras i have ever used. It definitly gives me nice length but not too much. It's perfect for an everyday look for school because it helps your lashes stand out a bit but not too much over the top. It also doesn't flake at all and RARELY clumps up. Best mascara I have ever used. I have had countless affairs with other mascaras be it high end or drug store brands and I always end up re kindling my romance with high impact. Long, strong, voluminous sexy lashes and absolutely no eye irritation! I love Clinique for its non irritating eye products, I mean who doesn't have a somewhat sensitive eye area? My favorite mascara
It lengthens, it volumizes, it doesn't smudge, it doesn't flake...what more could a gal ask for? (Well, actually, I wish it didn't cost $18!!) Worth the money? I had high hopes for the Clinique High Impact Mascara but I was let down. This clumped, flaked, and gave me raccoon eyes. Great all around mascara
I have heard so many great things about the High Impact mascara line from Clinique and after trying a sample of their Glossy mascara, I was eager to give this one a try. At $18, it is fairly pricey, but still less than many of the other high end mascaras offered at department stores and Sephora (Lancome, Tarte, Urban Decay, etc.). This mascara did not disappoint! I love the traditional, natural bristle wand. It effectively grabs my lashes and coats them with product easily. I don't end up getting this all over my eye lids or under my eyes trying to get to my lashes. This provides a great combination of length and volume, which is awesome. I have even used this on my bottom lashes without getting raccoon eyes after a few hours. One of my favorite things about this mascara is that it leaves my lashes feeling fairly soft. So many mascaras harden on my lashes and make them feel clumpy and terrible by the end of the day. This hardly feels like I am wearing anything at all which is such a relief for someone like me who has sensitive eyes. My eyes are not itching and irritated by the end of the day when I wear this mascara. I am looking forward to trying some of the other variations within Clinique's High Impact line. this is a keeper
I love this mascara. With my old mascara I would have smudges beneath my eyes by the end of the day but this really stays put. It also adds more volume and length to my eyelashes (they almost look fake if I add lash primer before hand) and I don't have to add layer after layer. I Get So Many Compliments on My Eyelashes
This is a great mascara. Since I've started using it my lashes look fuller and thicker. I don'y know if it's the ingredients of this mascara but my lashes have also grown longer after using this for 5 months. waste of money
Don't even consider buying this one. You can get a drugstore brand that does the same job. It just gives you a clean, natural look with separated lashes, without clumps. Wow. High Impact is a great description.
When my eyes really need to pop, I use a lash curler then a couple of coats of this mascara and the impact is truly WOW. Easy to separate lashes with this, very little clumping and I go back to this even when I have the Lancome Defincils in the drawer. Love this!
