Simply Soft and Amazingly Smooth
This conditioner has improved the appearance and texture of my hair 150%. I've tried many products but Restoratives Frizz Control Conditioner is the best on the market. It doesn't matter what weather conditions exist. My hair is soft, smooth, shiny and gorgeous. I have used numerous brands trying to find the right one...and The Pantene line is simply the best for every day use. Why spend big bucks on the basic part of the routine?
