Good for the price

I like this Shampoo/conditioner combo. After using it for a few weeks I did notice that my hair was softer and didn't knot as much after washing. After a few months it did begin to lose its effects so I had to switch and then swtich back. I dont' use Pantene anymore. I've swtiched to Mizani and now I'm going to try Fekkai, but this is still my favorite of the cheaper shapmoos. — 1 year, 1 month ago

I have only used this product once, but my experience was horrific. At the time I had medium length hair and I decided to givethis product a try. I used it once and immediately following use clumps of my hair fell out As a result I had to cut all of my hair off and start over. I do not recommend this product to anyone with natural hair. If you cherish your hair don't use this. I have natural, colored coarse hair. I got this product because I thought it would keep my hair moisturized. ***WRONG*** my hair is so brittle and dry now from using this. And it broke off my hair really bad, I have a 2 inch wide nearly bald patch in the middle of my head. Its full of sulfates and on top of that the conditioner has 4 types of alcohol in it, including rubbing alcohol. The only place this stuff belongs at is in the trash, don't waste your money. — 1 month, 2 weeks ago

I can't stand Pantene products. This shampoo included, they make my hair way to oily. It holds my hair down and makes it impossible for me to get any type of volume. It also makes my hair super greasy. Def not a repurchase. — 3 months, 3 weeks ago

great moisturizer

The first time I used it I didn't think it would be as good as it is now. It moisturized well first time but after it felt amazing. My hair felt so soft after using this. It truly moisturizes my hair. The only thing I don't like is that it has sulfates but i love the natural oils — 4 months, 3 weeks ago

My multiracial daughter is turning 10 this year, and I have spent a good 8 of those searching for a usable shampoo. This one was not it. It left her hair knotted and like straw. Great for biracial curly hair

I use this on my kids hair (all 3 kids are mixed with black) And its the 1st product Ive been able to find in WalMart or Target that works on their specific type of hair. But I hear that Pantene is not good 4 ur hair- so- hmmm... Now Im gona start using Sally Beauty Supply's brand new product called "Mixed Sillk" and see if it works better ;-) — 1 year, 2 months ago

Again, same product line I used to worship for years. This shampoo along with the conditioner worked great when I used to relax my hair. I switched to breakage defense line when I was transitioning (relaxed to natural). After I transitioned I went back to this shampoo and found that my hair didn't respond to the product as well as it used to. The shampoo alone seemed to leave my hair super greasy and if used the conditioner on top of it it all was WAY too much for my natural locks. I do recommend this product for those divas with relaxed hair, or kinky/course locks, because it is a cheap find. Although for us mult-racial chicks who only need moisture but nothing that's gonna weigh our hair down look for the JOICO line, or even WEN. — 2 years, 2 months ago
