I used to use this years ago when it first came out. The eyeliner used to be much creamier and apply better. Now it is much drier and skips. I like the fact that you can switch out the cartridges. The automatic pencil works well--no sharpening or breakage. I like the smudger on the other end. It is soft and works well. Love the colors, especially plumwood. It did not irritate my super sensitive skin and lasts pretty much throughout the day (not waterproof, though).
