Editor Review

Rated a 7.5

Those seeking an intense cheek color may be fooled by this dense little pot's dessert-like name. The moist, air-whipped color goes on rich but blends smoothly for an extremely sheer, natural finish. If you're as unskilled with a blush brush as I am, you'll love that this is blendable with your fingers and doesn't end up patchy. Set with powder, the color doesn't appear to fade; but then again, it's so sheer, it can go unnoticed.

So Much Pretty For So Little $$

    by Cedargirl (5 reviews)
Looooooooooove this product!! It glides on like a dream, lasts forever, looks natural and costs under $10 - often goes on sale for $6.99 at CVS or buy-one-get-one-half-off at Rite Aid. Most of the colors are pretty, the rose is great on a pale girl like me in winter - provides a pretty flush. the peach satin is great in su...mmer with a bit of fake tan or bronzer - sigh! i really do love this one... What a great blush!

    by Linny11 (6 reviews)
This blush goes on so smooth and blends very well. It gives a nice subtle hint of color to your cheeks, which is a nice and natural look. You can even do touch up during the day and it doesn't cake on top of your pressed powder. By using your fingertips to blend it into your skin - you don't get that one blush line that s...ome women have. It is a very natural look. November 29, 2007, 1:42 pm

    Ok at best

The blush is only okay. It is not very smooth or "mousse-like"; it is quite clumpy in the jar. Despite the less than smooth texture, it goes on okay and has a nice color to it. For those that do not like powder blushes (like me!) I would strongly recommend Laura Mercier's creme blush...it is the best blush I ha...ve ever tried! January 25, 2008, 9:55 am

    Soft Plum

This color isn't the most natural but it is a very light, pretty berryish color. I used this until I figured this was probably comedogenic, not good for my skin. Since then I have had to switch to Revlon's cream blush, which does not clog pores. For those that do not mind the last part; this is a very soft, easy to blend a...nd easy to build up color. It was great for when my skin felt more dry. March 12, 2009, 2:06 pm

    Maybelline New York Dream

This blush sounds like a good idea. But, I felt that the colors were pretty limited, and that a mousse is hard to control in the pot and on your cheek. This is not something that you want getting where it doesn't belong, and the formula makes it hard to gauge the right amount for a successful application. The foundation ...is much more goof proof. Good Value

For how much this pot costs, it's a great blush. I like the creamy texture, and it's a fun alternative to powder. The only bad part is, when I want anything more than a natural look, it's too sheer. Sometimes it clumps up in the jar, and as I'm starting to put it on, and requires some vigorous rubbing. Otherwise, good eve...ryday blush. April 2, 2008, 10:36 am

    So light and fluffy!

    by Chickie1214 (9 reviews)
I love this blush! It goes on smooth and blends well. I don't feel like I have tons of blush on when I wear it (like I do with powders). Also, I like the tones it's available in - I'm always able to find the shade I am looking for. December 11, 2007, 8:08 am

    I like it.

    by prettyhues (4 reviews)
I don't think it goes on smooth like the Maybelline Dream Mousse Foundation BUT I love the color. It looks great on me. And I have to just put a dab on my cheeks or else I'll look like I got it done by a mortician. March 5, 2009, 7:11 am
