Maybelline New York Dream Mousse Blush
Editor's Rating & Review
Those seeking an intense cheek color may be fooled by this dense little pot's dessert-like name. The moist, air-whipped color goes on rich but blends smoothly for an extremely sheer, natural finish. If you're as unskilled with a blush brush as I am, you'll love that this is blendable with your fingers and doesn't end up patchy. Set with powder, the color doesn't appear to fade; but then again, it's so sheer, it can go unnoticed.

Not what I expected
LittleBunny (383 reviews)Maybelline used to make AWESOME stick cream blushes, so when I saw this, I thought it would be the next best thing. I was completely wrong. While the fluffy texture is nice, the blushes streaks like crazy, no matter if you apply it with finger, a brush, or a sponge. It comes off looking like warpaint...and the colors are just too intense for it not to blend well. Major disappointment. — 11 months, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

It wears off too soon
luckybetty (880 reviews)This Dream Mousse was on sale. I have tried cream blush only once or twice in the past when I was younger, and I wanted to try it again. Like the name suggests, the texture is light. The color that I purchased, 40 Soft Plum, is pretty, maybe a little bit more pinky than I wanted it to be. Anyway, it goes on smoothly, and I like a natural flush look that this blush gives my cheeks. Then, a few hours later, it is unnoticeable! Where does the color go? It blends with my foundation? I like the concept and the price, but I still prefer powder-based blush. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful
