love/hate this product
I have such a strange love/hate relationship with this product. Part of my loves it because of how creamy and smooth it feels. I love how it rubs into my skin. Sooo soft and it just feels wonderful. At first, it looks great too. But after awhile it starts to set into your skin and it looks just okay. Then after about three hours it is completely worn off of my skin. It's because I have oily skin, but the whole point of the "matte" part it to keep your face from getting oily. Also, you don't get that much product. The container makes it look like you do, but you get less than an ounce. Stupid maybelline packaging always does that to me! So frustrating hahaha. cool but...
This foundation is nice and creamy. It really doesn't blend well with my skin and my face looks rather cakey. It does hide my blemishes but my face looks like I but loads on when I really didn't. HATE IT!
I bought this foundation both in the round container and pump form. I had seen commercials for this product and I was so excited! A matte finish? Awesome! NOT! Once you've been able to rub it in completely (No, it doesn't rub in smoothly with a single finger, I needed both hands!), it makes skin look pasty, or chalky. It definitely doesn't look natural, and makes my skin feel bumpy - which it's not. Perfect matte face.

Mousse foundation?? Bad Idea
I hate this foundation. It covers absolutely nothing and when you apply it it makes your face look instantly flaky even after exfoliating. It is thick and makes your face look cakey and all shades are rather orange hued. Less is more!
When I first tried this I put it on like normal, however it made my face oily with in mins.! Then a year later I tried it again, only this time I used very little! The coverage was just as good, however my face did not get oily from it! This make up spreads easy and you need only a very small amount! Love It

Could've been better!
There claim was: "Revolutionary whipped formula provides an air-soft, perfect matte finish coverage, with a weightless feel. Color pigments offer superior coverag. Blends effortlessly for a soft, natural-looking, even-toned result Now in 16 shades. For Best Results. To perfect your skin tone, start by applying foundation down the center of your face first. Use just a small amount of makeup and blend it in thoroughly. Layer more if necessary to achieve the coverage you want." Ideal skin type would be normal to oily skin, and I have dry skin so thats probably one big factor.. I also didn't like the fact that I chose classic ivory and it ended up having a yellow-ish tone to it, it didn't have that perfect color match that it claims.. Since its for normal to oily skin I can see why it made my dry patches look darker and rougher and stand out more than anything. I exfoliate twice a week.. So I dont know why I had dry patches it could be the foundation but I can not falsely claim such a thing.. I could be wrong. I dislike this foundation. After a while it dried up and felt cakey, I just ended up giving it to my little sister.. This was not the foundation for me and so far I haven't really found a shade I like or a light weight, foundation for dry skin that matches my skin color.
