Perfect matte face.
This is my go to foundation. It gives a natural matte, finish while not drying my face. It covers lightly, and lasts long! However, this is not for summer time! It has no SPF! But it's good for Fall!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Bad experience.

Mousse foundation?? Bad Idea
I hate this foundation. It covers absolutely nothing and when you apply it it makes your face look instantly flaky even after exfoliating. Less is more!
When I first tried this I put it on like normal, however it made my face oily with in mins.! Then a year later I tried it again, only this time I used very little! The coverage was just as good, however my face did not get oily from it! This make up spreads easy and you need only a very small amount! Could've been better!

Ideal skin type would be normal to oily skin, and I have dry skin so thats probably one big factor.. I also didn't like the fact that I chose classic ivory and it ended up having a yellow-ish tone to it, it didn't have that perfect color match that it claims.. Since its for normal to oily skin I can see why it made my dry patches look darker and rougher and stand out more than anything. I exfoliate twice a week.. So I dont know why I had dry patches it could be the foundation but I can not falsely claim such a thing.. I could be wrong. I dislike this foundation. After a while it dried up and felt cakey, I just ended up giving it to my little sister.. This was not the foundation for me and so far I haven't really found a shade I like or a light weight, foundation for dry skin that matches my skin color. Great in small doses!
Okay. I have fair skin. I think I bought this in the second to lightest shade they have. Anyway, I don't like to use foundation, either. But I have some red areas around my nose, under my cheekbones, etc that I like to lighten up (not brighten!). I also usually always have a blemish of some kind I want to hide. This product works great for all these purposes! I don't recommend this for wearing a...read morell over. I can see how people wouldn't like it everywhere. It's thicker than liquid makeup (not lightweight at all) so it covers better but could look cakey if worn all over. I just use a very small amount and make sure to blend it in so it's not "crumbly" at all. A little goes a long way. I highly recommend this for people who don't like to wear a lot of foundation and just want to correct a few areas. Buy this in a shade lighter than your skin color! Best yet!
Wow, this foundation looked great on my skin. It felt light, but it still gave me great coverage. The only downside is that I chose a shade too light, but I'm definitely going back to get me another one!! This looks even better on my skin than my MAC foundation. it is not worth all the hype! It did little to cover up redness and blemishes. that being said, it was cheap. All the commercials and close ups of models with flawless skin, claiming the whipped texture gives you a more natural look? Don't fall for it. The texture wasn't whipped.
