Ocerall, I am typically impressed with SkinCeutical products. I do agree with the other reviews, a lot of product remains in the bottle when you get to the bottom quarter. The pump just stops pumping. As far as the product itseld, I am pretty happy. I don't notice a lot of "skin firming" benefits, but I have sensitive skin that reacts terribly to lots of products, and this one works well for me. But it is WaY TOO EXPENSIVE! Even though I like the way the product feels on my face, I am very frustrated by the delivery system. The pump doesn\'t work! Plenty of product remains in the bottom of the bottle, yet you can\'t get to it. This firming cream didn't wow me. as with all the Skin Ceutical prodicts so much of it stays in the container that it made me furious. I love the C+E Feurilic Acid but the other products won't come out when there is still about 25 % left. It makes me furious.
