I\'ve been using my Zeno for almost a year now. I do a lot of public speaking and find it very useful for breakouts, which I sometimes experience while on a busy or stressful business schedule. I make certain that I charge it up before going on overseas trips, that\'s when I seem to need the Zeno the most. My teenage son is also beginning to use it for a few blemishes on his face. since turning 25 a couple of years ago, I have have had persistent small blemishes on my chin like I never had in high school. My skin has also been getting significantly more sensitive as I've gone through my twenties, so acne-oriented skin products seemed to make things worse. Enter the Zeno. I can target each blemish as it pops up, they are gone in a day or so, without using anything other than my usual super-gentle face products. This has also seemed to break the cycle somewhat, with fewer blemishes over all. November 29, 2007, 4:47 pm

The Zeno does exactly what it claims it will do - clears up certain types of acne. Usually within a few applications, moderate acne is gone. It's not really meant for cystic acne, so i haven't tried it on that type of blemish, but I especially love how it clears up emerging acne... you know the ones you can feel coming on. Zap it with teh zeno and the next day its gone! June 5, 2008, 7:01 am

I received this product as a gift from a close friend as a Christmas/Birthday present. It made my smaller pimples shrink overnight. I had recently had a very large swollen pimple that was under the skin and although the Zeno did NOT clear it up overnight, it did lessen the swelling and make it less noticible in a matter of days. On my face those pimples take at about a month to clear up left on there own, and no amount of creams or lotions have ever really helped speed the process up before. I don't think this product is something to use instead of cleansers, lotions, or creams. This product is for those of us that maintain good skin care, but do get an occasional pimple and want them gone quickly. December 10, 2007, 7:32 pm

If you are like me and still get those big, painful, under-the-skin volcanoes that never erupt, BUY THIS NOW! No, it's not going to make your blackheads or whiteheads go away, and no, it's not going to make an old zit disappear. But if you use it as the directions say, and are vigilant about using it at the first sign of a Monster looming under your skin, it is amazing.
I've been using it for 2 years and it has saved my sanity over and over. Just last week I woke up to a jumbo zit sitting under the skin in my eyebrow. It felt about the size of a lima bean. I used the Zeno immediately and within an hour it already felt better. I used the Zeno again that night before going to bed, and when I woke up, the zit was gone. I couldn't tell it had ever been there!
I don't believe there is another product available to the public as effective as the Zeno. Worth every penny! July 4, 2008, 6:55 am

Used three times every 4 hours on a very tender spot under skin that showed no redness yet. 2 days later tenderness gone completely. yes, it made the area red but do it at least twice in evening and so worth it. I think from what I've read that the key is catching them early. Also it doesn't worth on cystic, blackheads or whiteheads so you have to use acids anyway. December 28, 2007, 1:35 am
