Zeno Replacement Tips

The downside to Zeno, other than the fact that it only works occasionally is the replacement cartridge. I had to purchase the Zeno and now I have to replace the cartridge every few months. I do not recommend this product.02/21/2008

      1. EXCELLENT QUALITY 2. LIVED UP TO ITS CLAIMS AND WORKED BETTER THAN MOST CREAMS AND GELS 3. JUST 2 MINUTES I USE THE PRODUCT TWICE DAILY GET BY ABOUT 30 DAYS 4. KINDA EXPENSIVE BUT WELL WORTH THE COST April 22, 2008, 3:48 pm

      • Zeno quickly and safely eliminates mild to moderate acne. Each Zeno tip is good for 120 treatment cycles, enough to eliminate at least 40 pimples. Each tip has a set lifespan, and lets you know when it's time for a replacement.Because Zeno kills the bacteria that cause acne, it is safe to use repeatedly. However, over time, the metal plate within the Zeno tip begins to wear out. The Replacement Tip Cartridge keeps your Zeno working hard to keep your skin pimple-free.

      • Directions

      • To remove the tip cartridge, first ensure that Zeno is powered off. Hold Zeno upright in one hand and pull the Tip Cartridge off with the other hand. Take care to pull firmly and directly upward to avoid damaging the microprocessor inter-connection pins on your Zeno. The Zeno Treatment Tip once exhausted has no value; please properly dispose of the exhausted Tip Cartridge. To attach a new Tip Cartridge, we reccomend that you place Zeno on a flat surface and hold it upright in one hand with the buttons and Data Information Panel facing you. Holding the replacement cartridge in the other hand, align the cartridge so that the Treatment Tip is to the right and above the Treatment Activation button. Press the cartridge straight down onto Zeno taking care to press firmly and directly down to avoid damaging the Cartridge Connector or internal connection on Zeno. DO NOT FORCE! Your Zeno is a carefully manufactured high-quality device; the tip should attach easily. If it does not, recheck your alignment.
