Good product!
I don't really use lipliner but this is a good multi-purpose product! Whether you're wearing lipstick OR lipgloss, this keeps product from feathering, and it nicely defines your lips. Good length of wear, no frills packaging. They're frequently available in sets too! You can also use these on your waterline instead of eyebrightener. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Keep "ring around the lips" away with this liner
A great lipliner. Lines lips smoothly and evenly without caking or crumbling. Eliminates the tacky "ring around the lip" look. Apply along the Vermillion line (the lighter edge just inside your natural lipline) and gloss and lipstick stay inside the lipline where they belong. Good neutral colour works well for most fair to medium skin tones. Would probably work well with deeper skin tones when lipstick is applied on top of this liner. Good item to have in your makeup case. — 3 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Great liner
I love the way this looks and feels on my lips. Never really used lipliners before because I don't like when one can see the contouring around the lips, but this one is beautiful and looks great with any lipgloss over it.. — 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Love this!
I just picked up one of these pencils after much debate. It seemed a little too gimmicky but these reviews won me over. I am so happy with my purchase. For its intended purpose it truly sticks to its claim. For one thing it prevents feathering. The pencil also highlights your mouth making it stand out more. Now when it comes to those of you with thinner top lips, this is a wonderful product. It highlights the entire area above your mouth which gives a fantastic illusion of a plumper top lip. After reading some reviews I discovered that some use it to line the waterline to make eyes appear bigger. I did this, however for me, a girl with down turned eyes, it only made them look bigger in a bad way where my already droopy eyes opened up and looked even more sleepy. Instead, though, I used a brown pencil on the outer corner of the lower waterline and the cargo pencil on the inner corner to highlight. The two colors together really uplifted my downturned eyes and created a almond eye affect. Finally I took it a step further and used the pencil on the inner corners of my eyes, on top of the concealer that was hardly concealing my dark circles. With a little blending my under eye circles disappeared and were left highlighted. I should note that I'm a very fair skinned girl so this pencil in 01 was only slightly lighter than my skin tone. But it created such a beautiful highlighter for anyone out there with paler skin. I'd absolutely recommend this not only for its effectiveness but because of how simple it makes my make up routine. I use the same pencil for lips, eyes and concealer, cutting my time in half. The times when I am completely floored by a product come few and far between but this pencil is absolutely outstanding. Gosh, this is great! Use it every day. Much like previous posters, I got created and used on the eyes, inner eyes and the lips. Bright, bright and one of the things I learned from Carmindy is BLEND, BLEND and then, BLEND some more. The first time I tried it around my lips; I was got really scared because it was not the look that I would like to sport around the office. But, I blended it until there was just a slight hint of color that gave you definition. Kinda like, you know there is something there but can’t quite put your finger on it. An Illusion! It’s definitely gives you a fuller lips. And, the eyes, well, so many has already said them…what else can I add. Try it on the eyes and on inner side of the eyes. It just might surprise you. IMO, it’s a must in my daily routine. — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

CARGO Rocks
Cargo rocks, but this didnt work for me. I tried using it to keep my red lipstick from bleeding, but it left a light ring of color around my lips. Too bad. — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

love it!
i love this liner to wear with lip gloss. i fill in my lips with this first and then i apply lip gloss. the only downfall is that it lightens the lip color. sometimes that's good and sometimes it's bad. but nevertheless, i like it a lot! — 1 year, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great with Gloss
Cargo's reverse lipliner works really nicely with their lipgloss. When I use the lipliner, my gloss lasts twice as long. — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Love it!
I have fair skin and like to wear more eye makeup, so it's important for me to have neutral-colored lips to not look overdone--this is great for that! — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

A Must Have!
I use this every day to keep my lip gloss in place. Since I'm more of a gloss girl, a colored lip liner looks goofy, but I need something to keep my gloss from bleeding outside of my lip line. This does the job and blends beautifully with my skin tone. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
