color, color, color

This stuff is georgeous, some of the best liner colors I've seen. The sampler is a great addition to your kit if you like to play with your eye look. Applies well with the provided brush, better with a quality flat liner brush. I would like to see better wear out of it though. I don't seem to have the smear problems others speak of, but I also don't get the wear time that SmashBox claims.

Didn't stay on

went on like a dream and looked beautiful so I was excited thinking I found my HG. It was gone an hour later so I had to return it.

STAPLE

This is a staple in my makeup bag. I have the black "Caviar" pot and I love it. It goes on smooth, wears ALL day, and never smudges or runs. It is so easy to apply compared to pencil liners because with a good brush it just glides right over your lash line and gives you a perfect finish. This product is a must-have for any girl that loves simple straight eyeliner.

sheer and smudgy

This liner goes on unevenly and the black color appears transparent in spots. The liner also slides all over the eye. Not what I want in a liner.

I have been using this eyeliner for four years now, and I have dark brown eyes, so I find Caviar and Midnight Purple are the most versatile colors for me. As katsprad said, the key with this product is the brush and application -- buy the Smashbox brush and press -- don't sweep -- across your lashline. If you apply powder to your lids before the eyeliner and then press the liner on, it stays all d...read moreay and won't smear onto your lids. I haven't used liquid or pencils since I found this cream version by Smashbox, and one pot lasts me about 6 months. Love, love, love it!

Easy to use

I have been using this since I first saw it on QVC. It is so easy to use. Just get the brush they sell to go with it. It stays on all day, dosen't smear and looks great.

I love the metallic colors

I'm sure this can be a problem if you're oily but with my dry skin it lasts all day with no problems. I love the metallic colors, but had a hard time applying until I bought their specific angled eyeliner brush. Definitely worth the price!

wonderful

wonderful!!! the cream eyeliner from Smashbox glides on smooth, last for a long time and is easy to smudge without tugging on my eyes. only one thing is keeping it from being perfect. WATERPROOF!?!? but that is where Jet Set takes over!!!!
