Best non-permanent haircolor

I've tried several semi-permanents, and had numerous hair appointment disappointments until I tried this based on reviews. It is a great product, and non-damaging. I used Wella Color Charm as a toner to darken my bleached-blonde-and-low-lighted hair and get rid of that yellow hue that seems to creep in about a week after my salon visits,...And, let me tell you, this product worked like a charm! I used 8N (natural blonde), and the resulting color was identical to the hair swatch I saw in Sally's Beauty Supply Store. If you don't have bleached hair like me, you'll probably want to choose a shade 2-3 levels lighter than your desired results; I'd recommend checking out Wella's online Color Charm demi-permanent instructions, or asking someone in the store for help choosing the right level and tone for your hair. This is a great product for blondes who want a damage-free way to blend their roots and tone their hair between salon visits. It's also a great no-commitment way to try out a new hair color to see how you like it. As someone with slightly damaged hair, I was so happy to see that Color Charm left my locks incredibly shiny and soft as though the product had actually nurtured and repaired my hair, so I'd even recommend using the product as a shine booster. i USUALLY USE top-chic? one OF THE BEST? i STUMBLED ACROSS this Wella. This is a very easy to mix color process? 20-40?/ volume. Pending on how high you want to go?? Rich, even , conditioned color? Wonderful tone, shine, and long-lasting color

I use this in 4.0 and it is by far the best haircolor I've used, and it's dirt cheap! I switched from permanent color to demi in order to reduce damage to my fine hair. I used Clairol for years and this year switched to Color Charm based on positive reviews elsewhere. I am thrilled with the quality of the color depth and have had no problems with the shade selection (I've tried two, both were lovely) or with the staying power of the color. It lasts longer on me than 28 washes, for sure, but I also don't use any product in my hair and I rarely blow dry. If you're thinking of a progressive change using quality demi-permanent color, this is definitely one to consider. (Don't forget, you have to buy the demi-perm activator as well, but both products will last for several colorings.) — 4 years, 5 months ago
