If this rich, emollient pot o' cream didn't smell like someone's grandmother (or cost as much as a spa facial), I'd use it nightly. Despite my missing four nights of good sleep on a recent trip, this stuff made my skin glow. But the strong, powdery scent lingers like that of Pond's original Cold Cream Cleanser, a major turn-off. And you have to wonder about this brand's consistently kooky stress-relieving claims ("Micro-encapsulated oxygen" energizing skin cells, etc.), which are impossible to evaluate without a lab.

    Great night cream for colder months

    I got this night cream in a Skyn Iceland trial kit and it's OK. It warms your skin up on contact and gives it a rosy glow. Due to this warming senstaion I tend to like it better in the fall/winter when my face needs warming up. Overall, I like the texture and the smell. I find it calming. May 26, 2008, 12:44 pm

    I have really sensitive combination skin and this stuff makes me glow. I love it. I put in on every night before bed and I wake up with less irritated skin and I don't feel greasy from night time oil secretion.
